Delivery & Returns Policy
UK Delivery Policy
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail signed for delivery and tracking numbers are available on request. We offer 3 options for delivery:
· Standard delivery taking 3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail 2nd class service.
· 1st Class delivery via Royal Mail (only available Monday to Friday). This is not a guaranteed service. Order before 1pm
· Guaranteed Next day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm, (only available Monday to Thursday). Order before 1pm
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, for any reason if you are not 100% satisfied with your order we will offer you a full refund or exchange on your items provided that they are in their original condition and returned within fourteen days of your receipt of the goods.

If you have received your items as a gift we do not offer refunds however, we would be happy to offer an exchange up to the value of the original gift purchase.

Please return your goods by recorded delivery (including your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) and send to the below address:

On receipt of the returned items My Baby’s 1st will examine the product before arranging a refund, exchange or replacement. We will aim to do this within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
Please note that delivery charges are not refundable.
Distance Selling Act:
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage and a refund will be given as soon as goods are received in good condition.
